fuzzy dynamic multi-objective data envelopment analysis model (fdm-dea)
Authors
abstract
data envelopment analysis (dea) is a managerial powerful tool for assess the performance of decision making units (dmus). nowadays, multi-objective dea models are an attractive technique for evaluation quantity and quality aspects of performance analysis. but these models are in static. in this paper, we want to present a proposed fuzzy dynamic multi-objective dea model in which data are changing sequentially. in this paper is presented to compare with those obtained using the proposed model as well as original dea models. results reveal that the new model just needs to solve multiple objective programming once to calculate the efficiency achievement for all dmus and they are indication for improvement discriminating power of classical dea models.

Combining data envelopment analysis and multi-objective model for the efficient facility location–allocation decision
This paper proposes an innovative procedure of finding efficient facility location–allocation (FLA) schemes, integrating data envelopment analysis (DEA) and a multi-objective programming (MOP) model methodology. FLA decisions provide a basic foundation for designing efficient supply chain network in many practical applications. The procedure proposed in this paper would be applied to the FLA pr...

This paper provides a sketch of some of the major research thrusts in data envelopment analysis (DEA) over the three decades since the appearance of the seminal work of Charnes et al. (1978) [Charnes, A., Cooper, W.W., Rhodes, E.L., 1978. Measuring the efficiency of decision making units. European Journal of Operational Research 2, 429–444]. The focus herein is primarily on methodological devel...

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) has enjoyed a wide range of acceptance by researchers and practitioners alike as an instrument of performance analysis and management since its introduction in 1978. Many formulations and thousands of applications of DEA have been reported in a considerable variety of academic and professional journals all around the world. Almost all of the formulations and appl...
full textA Data Envelopment Analysis Model with Triangular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Numbers
DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) is a technique for evaluating the relative effectiveness of decision-making units (DMU) with multiple inputs and outputs data based on non-parametric modeling using mathematical programming (including linear programming, multi-parameter programming, stochastic programming, etc.). The classical DEA methods are developed to handle the information in the form of cri...
full textImprovement of operating room performance using a multi-objective mathematical model and data envelopment analysis: A case study
Surgical theater is one of the most expensive hospital sources that a high percentage of hospital admissions are related to it. Therefore, efficient planning and scheduling of the operating rooms (ORs) is necessary to improve the efficiency of any healthcare system. Therefore, in this paper, the weekly OR planning and scheduling problem is addressed to minimize the waiting time of elective pati...
full textGeneralized Fuzzy Inverse Data envelopment Analysis Models
Traditional DEA models do not deal with imprecise data and assume that the data for all inputs and outputs are known exactly. Inverse DEA models can be used to estimate inputs for a DMU when some or all outputs and efficiency level of this DMU are increased or preserved. this paper studies the inverse DEA for fuzzy data. This paper proposes generalized inverse DEA in fuzzy data envelopment anal...
